Individual Therapy for Adults

I provide individual therapy for adults who are navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, and patterns that no longer feel supportive or aligned.

My work is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and tailored to your individual needs. Whether you are seeking support for a specific concern or feeling unsure how to name what you are experiencing, therapy can be a space to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with intention.

I am in-network with many insurance plans. If you choose not to use your insurance benefits or if I am out-of-network with your plan, the private pay rate for individual therapy is $150 per session.

Areas of Focus

I work with adults seeking support in the following areas:

  • ADHD and executive functioning challenges
  • Bipolar I and Bipolar II disorders
  • Anxiety disorders
  • Depressive disorders
  • Trauma- and stress-related concerns
  • Perinatal mental health concerns
  • Life transitions and identity exploration
  • Blended family and co-parenting challenges
  • Divorce and relationship transitions
  • Affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals

  • Building self-awareness, confidence, and clarity
  • Strengthening emotional resilience and boundaries

Approach to Care

Therapy with me is not about fixing, labeling, or forcing insight before you are ready. It is about creating a space where you can show up honestly and feel emotionally safe. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable and secure in their sessions, without fear of judgment or pressure to be anyone other than themselves.

I take an eclectic, individualized approach to therapy, drawing from a range of evidence-based frameworks to best support your unique needs. This may include family systems perspectives, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral approaches (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and other trauma-informed interventions. The focus is always on what feels most helpful and appropriate for you.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach frequently used in trauma treatment. EMDR can also be helpful for other concerns, and clients do not need to have experienced trauma to benefit from it. EMDR may be incorporated into therapy when appropriate and when it aligns with your goals, readiness, and comfort level.
